The installation. We put the customer acquisition machine inside your business, once, and you own it.

$25,000, one time. You own every piece of it.

01

What you are buying

An asset, not a service month. The connected machine that turns traffic into customers, installed in your business for $25,000 and owned by you.

Most companies have pieces. A CRM nobody updates, a form that emails somebody, a pixel that half fires, a calendar link in an email signature. Each piece works alone and none of them work together, so leads leak between them and nobody can say where.

The installation puts the whole thing in as one machine. Nine layers, connected, so an ad click becomes a tracked lead, a tracked lead becomes a qualified conversation, and a qualified conversation becomes a booked appointment without anyone remembering to do something.

It goes in once. It is yours. If you stopped working with us the week after it went live, it would keep running.

What gets put in place

  • CRM: pipeline, stages, lead records, source tracking
  • Funnels: landing pages, forms, offer pages, conversion paths
  • Tracking: pixels, events, attribution, call and form tracking
  • Ad infrastructure: Meta and Google campaign structure, audiences, creatives, retargeting
  • Follow-up: instant email reply, nurture sequences, reactivation
  • Booking: qualification, calendar routing, reminders, no-show recovery
  • Automation: lead routing, task creation, status changes, reactivation
  • Reporting: lead to appointment to sale to revenue, all visible
  • AI layer: competitor research, copy, creative, follow-up, optimization
02

Why it is priced as an installation

Because it is construction work, and because you keep what gets built.

A retainer buys you somebody's attention this month. An installation buys you an asset that is still there next year. The two are priced differently because they are different things.

It is $25,000. Not a range, not a starting point, and not a number that moves depending on how the conversation goes. Nine layers, one price, and you see exactly what each one covers before you commit to it.

Where a company already has a working CRM or clean tracking, we keep what works and put the saved effort into the layers that are missing. The price does not change and neither does what you end up owning.

03

Who this fits

Companies whose growth is capped by the machine they do not have.

This fits when the business works but the acquisition does not repeat. You close the deals you get. You just cannot say where the next ten are coming from, or why last quarter was better than this one.

It also fits companies that have spent money on ads and got nothing they could trace. That is almost never an ad problem. It is a missing machine underneath the ads.

It does not fit a business still deciding what it sells. Installation makes a working offer repeat, and it makes a broken one fail faster.

Signals this is the right starting point

  • Your leads live in more than one place, or in somebody's inbox
  • You cannot trace a closed customer back to where they came from
  • Inquiries wait hours for a reply, or arrive and go cold
  • You want the thing you pay for to still be yours afterward
04

How the install runs

Audit, build, connect, hand over. Seven to ten business days.

We start by going through what you already have, because the fastest install is the one that keeps the parts that work. Anything already working stays; the rest gets built.

The build puts the layers in one at a time and connects them as they go: CRM first so there is somewhere for records to live, then tracking so nothing arrives anonymous, then funnels, follow-up and booking on top of it.

At the end you get a walkthrough of what was installed, where every piece lives, and how to use it. The accounts are in your name from the first day, not transferred later.

05

What changes the day it is live

The leaks close first. That is usually the biggest number.

An inquiry at nine at night gets an answer at nine at night instead of Tuesday morning. A lead that fills a form is in the pipeline with a source attached instead of in an inbox. A no-show gets chased instead of forgotten.

None of that requires more traffic. It is the same demand you already have, stopped from falling through the floor.

Then the reporting shows you the path from lead to appointment to sale to revenue, which is usually the first time the business can see which effort actually pays.

06

What comes next

An installed machine still needs someone to run it.

The installation is the asset. Feeding it, testing against it and improving it is the monthly engagement, and that is a separate decision you make after it is in.

visibleloop Scale is $30,000 a month. It runs the machine, tests against it, and widens it across every channel as performance earns it, taking each conversation through to a booked appointment.

You can also run it yourself. It is your machine. We would rather tell you that than pretend the installation only works with us attached to it.

What are you
ready to grow?

Install the machine once. Run it every month. Or take something new to market entirely.
