A product, company, or expansion taken to market with the strategy, creative, and acquisition built around it.

$30,000 strategy, plus $100,000 execution and 5% of gross sales.

01

What you are buying

A market entry, run end to end, from the positioning through the first customers.

Launching is a different problem from growing. There is no history to optimize, no channel that already works, and no proof to point at. Everything has to be decided before anything can be measured.

This engagement takes that on completely. We build the positioning, the offer, the story, the creative, and the acquisition system, then run the launch and stay accountable for what it produces.

It is the right shape for a new product, a new company, a new market, or a category nobody is buying in yet.

In scope

  • Positioning and go-to-market strategy
  • Offer design and pricing structure
  • Full campaign creative and launch assets
  • The acquisition system behind the launch
  • Execution through launch and the months that follow
02

Who this fits

Businesses with something real to launch and the will to move.

This fits when the product exists or is close, and the constraint is getting it in front of the right market with the right story. It does not fit an idea that has not been built.

It also fits established companies entering a new market or launching a line that does not fit their existing channels. The audience is different, the story is different, and the old playbook usually does not carry over.

Signals this is the right engagement

  • The product exists or ships within the engagement
  • You are entering a market where you have no history
  • The launch needs a story, not just traffic
  • You want one partner owning the whole outcome
03

Strategy first

The $30,000 strategy phase decides everything the execution depends on.

Before anything is spent on reaching people, we settle what we are saying and to whom. Who the buyer is, what they use today, what makes them switch, what the offer needs to include, and what it should cost.

This is the phase that determines whether the launch works. A well-run campaign behind the wrong positioning burns money faster than no campaign at all.

You get the strategy as a document you own, whether or not you continue into execution.

04

Building the launch

Creative, funnels, and the acquisition system, built for a market that has never heard of you.

Launch creative has a harder job than growth creative. It has to explain something new and make it wanted, in the same few seconds.

We build the full set: the campaign work, the pages, the conversation flow that answers prospects, and the path from first contact to purchase. Where proof does not exist yet, we build the mechanisms that generate it during the launch.

Everything is in place before spend starts. Launching into an unfinished funnel is how launches fail.

05

Running it

Execution is $100,000, plus 5% of gross sales.

The execution phase covers running the launch: the campaigns, the creative iterations, the qualification and follow-up, and the adjustments the market demands in the first weeks.

The 5% of gross sales is deliberate. It means we make money when the launch does, which puts us on the same side of the table as you for the whole engagement.

You see performance as it happens, with the honest read attached. Launches rarely go as planned, and the value is in how quickly the plan changes.

06

After launch

What happens once there is something to grow.

A launch that works produces the thing you did not have at the start: real customers, real data, and real proof. That changes what the right next move is.

Most launches move into ongoing acquisition afterward, at whichever level fits the volume the market showed. Some need another launch, into an adjacent market with what was just learned.

Either way, everything built stays yours: the strategy, the creative, the accounts, and the customer relationships.
