One acquisition channel, built and operated end to end, delivering prospects your team can actually sell to.

$10,000 / month plus $10,000 / month media. Three-month minimum.

01

What you are buying

A working acquisition channel, run for you, that puts qualified prospects in front of your sales team every week.

Most businesses do not have a lead problem. They have a consistency problem. Referrals arrive in waves, a campaign works for a month and then stops, and nobody can say which effort produced which customer.

This engagement fixes that by building one channel properly and running it every day. We choose the channel that fits how your customers actually buy, build the offer and creative around it, and take responsibility for what comes out the other end.

You keep your ad accounts, your customer list, and everything we build. Nothing here is rented back to you.

In scope

  • One primary acquisition channel, chosen with you
  • Offer development, campaign creative, and the pages behind it
  • Verification on every lead before it reaches your team
  • Delivery into your CRM, or into your account here
  • Weekly reporting tied to what closed, not to clicks
02

Who this fits

This works when there is a real offer, a team ready to answer, and room to grow.

The businesses that get the most from this engagement have something specific in common: someone answers the phone. A qualified lead that sits for two days is a wasted lead, and no acquisition system can fix a follow-up problem downstream.

It also fits businesses that already close a reasonable share of the conversations they have. If one in ten of your conversations turns into a customer, more conversations solve your problem. If one in fifty does, the offer needs work first, and we will tell you that before you spend anything.

Signals this is the right level

  • You can handle 20 to 60 new conversations a month
  • Someone responds to inquiries the same business day
  • Your average customer is worth more than a few thousand dollars
  • You can commit media budget for three months without flinching
03

The first thirty days

Weeks one and two build. Weeks three and four learn.

The first two weeks are unglamorous and they matter most. We work through your market, your real customers, what they were trying to solve when they found you, and what they almost bought instead. That becomes the offer.

Then the channel gets built: creative, the page prospects land on, the questions we ask them, and the path into your calendar or CRM. Campaigns typically go live seven to ten business days after intake is complete and creative is approved.

Weeks three and four are for reading the market's answer. Early numbers are noisy and we do not overreact to them. We adjust the parts with clear signal and leave the rest alone.

04

How a lead becomes qualified

Nothing reaches your sales team until we have confirmed a real person with real intent.

Every inquiry gets checked before it moves: that the phone number is a live line, that the email belongs to a real business, that the visit was a person rather than automated traffic, and that they have not already come through this month.

Then we ask what your sales team would ask. Budget, whether they can make the decision, and when they want to move. Prospects who do not meet the bar do not get passed along and do not get counted.

You will see the ones we turned away as well as the ones we sent. A number that only goes up is a number nobody can trust.

05

What you see

Your account shows the leads, the source, and what happened next.

Every lead appears with the answers they gave, where they came from, and when they arrived. You can export the whole set at any time, because it is your data.

Reporting connects activity to outcomes rather than to impressions. Cost per qualified lead, the share your team converts, and the channel each one came from.

When something is not working, you hear it from us first. That is the part most agencies skip.

06

The commitment

Three months, because less than that cannot answer the question.

The engagement is $10,000 a month plus $10,000 a month in media, which you fund directly in your own accounts. Three months is the minimum, and the reason is honest: month one builds, month two learns, month three is the first month of real performance.

If the offer needs to change, we change it. If the channel is wrong, we say so and move. What we will not do is quietly keep spending against something that is not working.

Growing beyond one channel, or adding follow-up and booked appointments, is what the next engagement covers.
